⚠️ Wichtiger Hinweis: Aktuell kein Versand mehr in EU-Länder!
Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands sowie in Nicht-EU-Staaten läuft normal weiter.
Hintergrund dieser Maßnahme:
Die neuen rechtlichen Vorgaben verpflichten Online-Händler innerhalb der EU, bereits für das bloße Anbieten von Lieferungen in ein anderes EU-Land vorab einen lokalen, lizenzierten Bevollmächtigten im jeweiligen Zielland zu bestellen. Allein die Fixkosten für diese länderspezifischen Vertretungen belaufen sich auf ca. 300,– Euro pro Land und Jahr – zuzüglich der eigentlichen länderspezifischen Lizenz- und Entsorgungsgebühren.
Diese massiven Kosten fallen zwingend an, völlig unabhängig davon, ob tatsächlich jemals eine Bestellung in das entsprechende Land versendet wird.
Der damit verbundene bürokratische Aufwand und die enormen jährlichen Fixkosten stehen für uns als mittelständisches Unternehmen in keinem wirtschaftlichen Verhältnis.
Um einen rechtssicheren Betriebsablauf zu gewährleisten, haben wir die Lieferoptionen in andere EU-Länder in unserem Shopsystem nun temporär deaktiviert. Bestellungen aus EU-Ländern sind daher aktuell nur mit bzw. an eine deutschen Lieferadresse möglich.
Wir bedauern diesen Schritt zutiefst und danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis. Sollte sich die rechtliche Lage in Zukunft ändern oder die EU doch noch Ausnahmeregelungen für kleinere Händler beschließen, dann liefern wir auch gerne wieder in alle 26 EU-Länder.
⚠️ Important Notice: Shipping to EU countries currently suspended!
Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we unfortunately have to suspend shipping to all other EU countries (except Germany) for the time being. Therefore, orders from other EU countries can only be processed if a delivery address within Germany is provided.Shipping within Germany as well as to non-EU countries continues as usual.
Background of this measure:
The new legal requirements obligate online retailers within the EU to appoint a local, licensed authorized representative in the respective destination country prior to even offering deliveries there. The fixed costs for these country-specific representations alone amount to approx. €300 per country and year – plus the actual country-specific licensing and disposal fees.
These substantial costs are mandatory, completely regardless of whether an order is ever actually shipped to that country. For us as a medium-sized company, the associated bureaucratic effort and the enormous annual fixed costs are economically disproportionate.
To ensure legally compliant business operations, we have now deactivated the delivery options to other EU countries in our shop system. Orders from EU countries are therefore currently only possible with or to a German delivery address.
We deeply regret this step and thank you for your understanding. Should the legal situation change in the future or should the EU decide on exemptions for smaller retailers, we will gladly resume shipping to all 26 EU countries.
